Anytime! We’ve helped travelers plan everything from trips a year or more in advance to last-minute trips. Some clients have flights booked, while others are still nailing down travel dates. That said, the earlier you work with us, the more options you’ll have (and the more money you’ll save) when it comes time to book flights, accommodations, tours, etc.

Since we’re not travel agents, we cannot book anything on your behalf. But the good news is that booking is the easy part! We leave that to you so we can focus on taking care of the trip planning elements that cause the most stress and take the most time for our clients.

We give you everything you need make booking your trip easy and efficient. By doing it yourself, you can save money because you can book through your favorite platform or use points instead of paying a travel agent’s mark-up.
