Anytime! We’ve helped travelers plan everything from trips a year or more away to last-minute trips. That said, the earlier you work with us, the more options you’ll have (and the more money you’ll save) when it comes time to book flights, accommodations, tours, etc.

If you’d like to book a live Full Zoom Consult, the further in advance you reserve your spot, the more likely you are to be able to book your ideal day and time.

We don’t book anything on your behalf — but the good news is that booking is the easy part! We leave that to you so we can focus on taking care of the trip planning elements that cause the most stress and take the most time for our clients.

Plus – we give you everything you need make booking your trip easy and efficient. By doing it yourself, you can save money because you can book through your favorite platform or use points instead of paying a travel agent’s mark-up.

If you need to reschedule your Zoom/phone consult, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
If you don’t show up to your scheduled live consult you are not entitled to reschedule or a refund.
We do not offer refunds except in the case that we have to cancel due to a personal emergency. If this happens, we will let you know with as much advance notice as possible so you can reschedule, or you can request a full refund.
